Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Eejay Apparel, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our easy returns and refunds process has you covered. Read on for our full policy, so you can shop confidently with us!
Our return and refund policy lasts 3 day. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, for example, digital products cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, personal or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In certain situations where refunds are granted:
- Item will be checked for irregular deformity or damage.
- Refund will be sent as store credit which. can be used to make future purchases in store.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned after 1 day after delivery
Return Policy
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return items that don’t meet your expectations. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
Non-returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized orders cannot be returned.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email our support team at Support with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will provide detailed instructions and a return label if applicable.
- Send It Back: Follow the return instructions and ship the item back to us securely.
Return Shipping Fees: For domestic returns, a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. For international returns, customers are responsible for shipping fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days. 70% of the initial payment will be sent back to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
Store Credit Option (Default Option): Full funds are sent to the customer’s account via Store Credit which can then be used to pay for future orders. We’ll issue store credit in place of a refund by default.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, color, or item, we’d be happy to help you with an exchange, depending on stock availability. Reach out to customer service at Support to initiate an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
We’re committed to quality. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within 1 day of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
